I love listening to music, don't you?
That's about all that gets me through my gym workouts some days.
Especially first thing in the morning when the coffee has not quite kicked in yet.
Like, if I forget my music or forgot to charge my listening device, the thought of not doing my workout actually crosses my mind. Seriously. The music is what really pumps me up.
