Gluteus maximus, medius, minimus, ouchimus...

As I mentioned in my last post, I am starting a new workout program for the next 12 weeks.

Workin' on my bootay. 😉 


Ummm. OUCH. But so worth it. 

What I am LOVING is the online FB group. I have been in groups like this before and had forgotten how much I love the support and energy and community "we're all in this together" feel. I'm not particularly active in the group but I love reading and learning from the coaches and supporting the other members (all women, in this instance).

And in all honesty, I'm not doing this 12 week program 100%. I am not at all committed to the diet. I'll just be straight up with that. It's basically a bodybuilding diet and I am not wanting to do that right now. I am planning to clean-er during the week, enjoying my wine on Tuesday date nights and weekends. But I am not planning to follow the diet regime.

I know, I know ... if I really want to see results, I have to diet. Been there, done that. Been there, will do that again. But, currently, I'm not married to that right now. I am more interested in just building and having a program to follow and support team rather than just making up my own stuff. 

On Day 1 and loving it so far. We'll see what I say in a few weeks... LOL!

But in this program I will be working out longer and more days of the week, so I will most likely NOT be blogging every day that I workout, but I will be sure to continue to share my workouts with ya’ll. In case you are into that sort of thing. And see what crazy shenanigans I am up to.
